Ningbo Trustbelley polymer co., LTD., the development of new product of PCT TX4210thermoplastic modified resin has passed the United States food and drug administration (FDA)professional test FDA cfr177. 21, 1630, the eu food containers microwave test BS EN 15284:2007, food utensils container packaging hygiene standard test, the test project accord with A standard, not detected melamine, one like bisphenol A, without plasticizer, formaldehyde-free. 

The modified resin product has excellent scratch resistance, high surface hardness, surface molding, dimensional stability and other properties, and can be applied to the injection molding of dishes, plates, plates and other tableware, providing more possibilities for flexible design of tableware.

The development of the modified resin product aims to replace the existing thermosetting plastics and eliminate the potential risk of toxic substances from food containers.

Security:

When the product is processed under recommended conditions, the melt is stable and does not produce harmful substances and gases due to polymer degradation.

Like other thermoplastic polymers, when given excess heat, such as over heating, or combustioncleaning, the product degrades.
